Mrs. Stramp's Classroom
Ms. Stramp read a book called, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. The students made their own “Edward Tulane”. This is an awesome book about a fake rabbit and all of his experiences to understand love. My class really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it. Do you think you know how to love and be loved? Edward Tulane just thought he did until the day he is thrown overboard. What do you think about our “Edward Tulanes”?
Mrs. Stramp’s class is working on publishing
a real book! The title of the book is called The ABCs of Arkansas.
The students first researched and found interesting things about Arkansas.
Then, they were all given a letter of the alphabet to match with their things
about Arkansas. The first step in our process was to make rough drafts of
our writing and our illustrations to match. Our book is scheduled to be processed
on November 1! We hope you will check back frequently to watch us as we get
our book ready for publishing!
