Due to the threat of severe weather for this afternoon and evening, the Lake Hamilton Primary School PTO meeting, scheduled for 6:30 tonight, has been postponed one week. The meeting is now rescheduled for next Tuesday night, February 5, at 6:30 p.m.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that this year's flu season is one of the worst seasons in the last few years. The flu virus is spread in droplet form and is very contagious. The risk of infection and spread of influenza viruses can be reduced by taking a combination of actions.

Several art students from Lake Hamilton participated in the 2011 Arkansas Art Educators Region 5 Art Show at the ArtChurch in downtown Hot Springs during Gallery Walk.
